Thank you for bringing a positive attitude to our store—it’s essential to making this one of the best esports communities around.
At HunterM, we strictly enforce our policies to ensure excellent service for all customers.
- Purchases and Payments
– All purchases are prepaid and made at the front counter.
– Any gaming time purchased through a membership can be stored in your account. However, 1-hour gaming time purchases will expire 7 days after the time of purchase.
- Age Restrictions
– Under 9: Entry allowed only with a parent or guardian.
– Under 14: May use our services as a guest or create a membership (seating may be adjusted at staff discretion).
- Job Opportunities
– Passionate about esports and video games?

– Please note: Due to high application volume and our busy operations, if you don’t hear from us within a week, we’ve likely moved forward with other candidates. We genuinely appreciate your interest.
- Illegal Software and Online Conduct
– Zero tolerance for hacks, pirated software, or any illegal online activity.
– Violators will receive a permanent ban.
- Lost and Found
– All lost or unclaimed items are discarded every Monday at 10:00 p.m.
– No exceptions or extensions will be made. HunterM is not responsible for lost items. Entering the facility indicates agreement with this policy.
- CCTV Footage Requests
– A $120 labor fee is required to access CCTV footage, paid directly to our maintenance provider.
– Do not contact them without prior permission from management.
– Complex cases may incur additional charges.

- Food Policy
– Not allowed: Packaged food and beverages from convenience stores or grocery stores (e.g., 7-Eleven).
– Allowed: Prepared food from restaurants.
– Instant noodles purchased at the store will be prepared by staff upon request.
- Station Cleanliness Policy
– Customers must throw away trash and tidy their station after logging out.
– Please reset any changes to settings for the next user.
– Thank you for helping us maintain a clean, welcoming space.
- Responsibility for Belongings and Accounts
– Customers are responsible for their own belongings and accounts.
– Items left behind will be discarded.
– Be sure to manually log out of any accounts before leaving.
- Technical Support and Game Policy
– Only games pre-installed by the store are supported.
– Notify staff immediately for technical issues.
– Games installed by customers are unsupported and not eligible for reimbursement.
- Device and Account Policy
– No personal consoles, VR headsets, or computers allowed.
– We do not provide game licenses for free-to-play games or those with ranked modes.
– Only one account may be borrowed per hour.
– Personal Activision accounts may be temporarily disabled after use on our PCs.
- No Loitering Policy
– All individuals in the store must be actively logged in and using a computer.
– Everyone must log in to receive services.
– Failure to comply is considered loitering and will result in immediate permanent ban by the store manager.
- Computer Usage and Occupancy
– One station per customer.
– Those wanting to share a computer must occupy two stations and have active game time on both.
– Violators will be permanently banned at the discretion of the store manager.
- Smoking Policy
– Smoking traditional cigarettes inside is not allowed.
– E-cigarettes are permitted with courtesy to those nearby.
– Do not dispose of cigarette butts on the ground.
- Media and Privacy Policy
– By entering the facility, you consent to appearing in promotional media.
- Zero Tolerance Policy
– No criminal activity
– No drugs or alcohol
– No cheating or hacking
– No policy violations
– No rude or disrespectful behavior
– Violators will be banned immediately and permanently.
- Additional Amenities
– Power outlets are located behind each monitor for your use.
- Single-User Membership Policy
– Only one membership is allowed per customer per venue. All membership information must match a valid photo ID.
– Memberships may not be shared, transferred, or misused in any way. Violation of this policy will result in immediate cancellation of all associated accounts and permanent banning from all USA Esports-owned venues.
- Promotion
– Any gaming time obtained through a promotion will automatically expire after 7 days.
- Closing Policy
– Final check-in: 2:30 AM
– Refreshments available until: 3:30 AM
– Gaming sessions end and systems shut down: 3:30 AM
– These hours ensure consistent service for all customers and allow staff to reset the facility for the next day properly.
