Store Policy Notice

Welcome to the HunterM Esports Community

Thank you for being part of our community. At HunterM Esports, we are committed to providing every guest with a premium esports experience. To maintain a clean, safe, fair, and enjoyable environment, the following policies are strictly enforced.


Payment, Purchases & Refund Policy

  • All purchases must be prepaid at the front counter.
  • Purchased services may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by another person.
  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
  • Gaming time purchased through a membership may be stored in the member’s account. However, 1-hour purchases must be used immediately and will not be saved after use.
  • Promotional game time must be used immediately and cannot be saved to a customer’s account.
  • Games installed by guests are not eligible for technical support or refunds.

Membership & Account Policy

  • Memberships are for individual use only. Memberships may not be shared, transferred, rented, sold, or used by any other person.
  • Only one membership is permitted per customer per location.
  • All member information must match a valid photo ID.
  • Membership sharing, transfer, or misuse is strictly prohibited.
  • Guests are fully responsible for their own accounts.
  • Guests must log out of all accounts before leaving their station.

Age Restrictions

  • Under 9 years old:
    • Entry is permitted only with a parent or legal guardian.
  • Under 14 years old:
    • Guests may use our services as a guest or register for membership.
    • Seat assignments are at the discretion of staff.

Computer, Seating & Gameplay Policy

  • One seat is permitted per customer.
  • Shared computer use requires two active seats, both with valid game time.
  • Only pre-installed games are supported.
  • Guests must notify staff immediately if they encounter a technical issue.
  • Personal consoles, VR headsets, and personal computers are not allowed.
  • Store licenses are not provided free of charge for free-to-play games or rank-mode games.
  • HunterM Esports is not responsible for the account policies of individual game publishers, platforms, or service providers. Each guest is solely responsible for managing and protecting their own personal game accounts.
    • For example, Activision may temporarily disable an account if it is accessed from a computer or network that is different from the one normally used by the account owner.
  • Only one in-house account rental is permitted per person.
  • Guests may not request a different in-house account rental within one hour of receiving an in-house account.
  • To ensure a smooth experience for group customers, groups of 5 or more using store accounts are required to purchase a minimum of 2 hours of gameplay per person. This policy allows staff to properly assist with game login, setup, group coordination, and related audio-video systems.
  • Groups of 6 or more customers are considered LAN party customers. LAN party pricing applies to LAN party customers, whether the group has made a reservation or arrives as a walk-in group.

No Loitering Policy

  • As a general rule, all individuals inside the store must be logged in and actively using a computer.
  • Parents, guardians, or individuals temporarily approved by management may be exempt from this policy.

Prohibited Use of Computers and IT Resources

  • Hacking, cyberattacks, illegal software use, and any form of unlawful online activity are strictly prohibited.
  • All computers within the facility are public-access systems, and no company-owned infrastructure may be used for any illegal purpose.

Computer Monitoring & Data Policy

  • All computers provided to customers are public-access computers and are equipped with a real-time monitoring system for public safety, technical support, and facility protection.
  • This system enables remote access for technical support and remote screen viewing through the store’s CMS and server.
  • The store may perform random remote screen viewing while customers are using store computers.
  • The company does not intercept or collect customers’ personal information during a computer session.
  • All data generated during a session is automatically deleted from the system once the computer is shut down.

Personal Belongings & Lost Item Policy

  • Guests are fully responsible for their own belongings.
  • Guests should not leave personal items unattended, even briefly.
  • Any items left behind after a guest leaves a station are considered disposable and may be discarded.
  • All lost or unclaimed items are discarded every Monday at 10 PM.
  • No exceptions will be made. HunterM Esports is not liable for lost, misplaced, stolen, or discarded items. Entry into the facility indicates acceptance of this policy.

Audio and Video Recording Policy for Security and Service Quality

  • To enhance guest safety and service quality, this facility is under continuous audio and video recording.
  • As a general policy, customer requests for copies of CCTV footage are respectfully declined.
  • If a copy of CCTV footage is required, the request will be reviewed by our legal team and considered only upon receipt of a valid court order.

Outside Food & Drink Policy

  • Not Allowed:
    • Packaged foods and drinks purchased from convenience stores or supermarkets, including but not limited to 7-Eleven or similar stores, are not allowed.
  • Allowed:
    • Meals prepared by restaurants are allowed.

Clean Seat Policy

  • After logging out, guests must clean their station and dispose of any trash.
  • Guests must return all settings to default for the next customer.

Smoking Policy

  • Traditional smoking is not permitted indoors.
  • Vaping is allowed only if done respectfully and without affecting others.
  • Cigarette butts must not be disposed of on the floor.

Media & Privacy Policy

  • By entering the store, guests consent to the possibility of being included in promotional photos or videos.

Zero Tolerance Policy

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

  • Criminal activity
  • Drug use or alcohol consumption
  • Cheating or hacking
  • Violation of store policies
  • Use or viewing of illegal or sexually explicit content
  • Rude, aggressive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior

→ If any member of a group violates this policy, the entire group may be permanently banned.


Guest Amenities

  • Power outlets are available behind every monitor.
  • Free Wi-Fi is available to help guests receive verification codes on their mobile phones.
  • Due to signal limitations with some carriers, Wi-Fi speed is intentionally limited in order to prioritize LAN-connected gaming equipment.

Closing Hours Policy

  • Information regarding final check-in time, snack corner last call, game session ending time, and system shutdown time is posted at the front counter. Guests are responsible for reviewing this information and using services accordingly.

General Store Policy Authority

  • The absence of a specific store policy on our website does not limit, waive, reduce, or invalidate any store policy, rule, operational decision, or management authority of HunterM Esports, USA Esports Network, or any USA Esports-operated venue.
  • Some policies may be posted in-store, communicated by staff, included in account notes, updated through management announcements, or applied based on specific operational circumstances.
  • If a specific policy is not listed on this website, guests are responsible for contacting management directly for clarification before taking any action that may violate store rules or expectations.
  • Management reserves the right to interpret, update, and enforce store policies at its discretion in order to protect the safety, fairness, equipment, business operations, and customer experience of the facility.
  • Any person who violates store policies may receive a warning or, depending on the seriousness of the matter, may be permanently banned immediately without prior warning.
