• Only customers can stay in the Hunter-M.
• Smoking in the room is strictly forbidden.
• Use the indoor voice and respect everyone in your surroundings.
• Do not bang on the tables and do not bang the mouse on the table.

• We have zero tolerance to STILL / THEFT. Should this happen then police report it. In case of a minor, the guardian is contacted
• We have zero tolerance towards AGGRESSIVE CONDUCT / VIOLENCE. This is not accepted outside the Store and certainly not in Hunter-M. All types of violence will be reported to the police.
• We have zero tolerance to  DRUG  and no alcohol may be present on the premises. One must not be an idiot at Hunter-M and all forms of drug use will be reported to the police.
• We have zero tolerance to all types of DAMAGES . Should this happen, you can become liable for the damages and police reports.
• We have zero tolerance to BULLYING / HARASSING . Hunter-M works hard to make everyone feel comfortable. Should we detect any type of harassment / bullying then your accounts will be shut down. This also applies to harassment / bullying in the cyber world. In case of a minor, the guardian is contacted.
• We have zero tolerance to the USE OF OUR EMERGENCY EXITS. These exits are for our staff and in the event that the premises need to be evacuated. If this happens, your account will be shut down.
• We have zero tolerance to HACKING / DATA MINING. It is strictly forbidden to try to hack or bug our system. We report all types of hacking.
• We have zero tolerance towards VISITING INAPPROPRIATE WEB PAGES. Do not surf on websites such as porn, weapon sites or extremist pages.
• We have zero tolerance to any form of BETTING.  This also applies to betting between digital objects such as CSGO knives.

If you, as a visitor, break one of our rules, you may be forced to leave the room and have your account turned off.

Hunter-M does not hesitate to report something that violates U.S law – this also includes what happens in the “cyber world” via our computers. We record everything that happens in the store with video cameras and do not hesitate to send it to the police if necessary.

The safety inside of our store is incredibly important, therefore we have strict rules during the night that must be followed. We control who goes in and who goes out. We keep a list of those who have been admitted to the store at night. Staff is always on site and reachable by phone (See below). If the customer is under the age of 15 and has been approved for staying at the store overnight and for some reason must go home earlier than 07:00 , we require that the guardian fetch this person in place.

If you are under the age of 15, the guardian must approve that you may stay with us during the night. This is done via personal telephone contact with the guardian and staff. If you are under 15, you must not leave the room before 07.00 the following morning. There are always adult who work during the night and we work closely with the police.
